”Pay no more than 3.50” on front and ”Made in France” on back of jacket. Thought to be a 1984 issue, but it’s from a second batch right before the full second pressing which notes ”Made in France” on the jacket and labels. There is no ”Made In France” on the labels on this version, so this is probably over run vinyl from the first pressing, matched up with second press jackets.
